TERMS & LICENSE.
Clear terms for purchasing, accessing, and using SORVA products.
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These terms apply to digital products purchased from SORVA. Review them alongside the relevant product description, license details, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy before purchasing.
1. Purchases and payment
SORVA currently sells its products as separate, one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions.
The applicable price, currency, and any taxes or additional charges are shown at checkout. Checkout is currently provided through Payhip. Payment processing may also be subject to the checkout provider’s applicable terms.
Your purchase includes only the product and features described in the offer at the time of purchase. Other products, bundles, or future releases are not included unless expressly stated.
2. Your license
When you purchase a SORVA product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it within the scope described below. Ownership of SORVA’s software, design, documentation, and other original materials does not transfer to you.
Unless the product offer expressly states otherwise, the license is for one purchaser’s personal use or internal use in their own business. It does not provide shared access for a team, clients, or an organization.
You may use the tool’s results in your own work, including preparing quotes for clients. You may not provide others with the underlying tool, paid download, or application access.
3. Sharing and redistribution
Unless SORVA gives written permission, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the product or supporting files.
- Share license credentials or provide others with access under your purchase.
- Repackage the product as your own or include it in another product for sale.
- Circumvent activation controls or access restrictions.
- Remove SORVA branding or notices for the purpose of passing off the product as your own.
These restrictions do not prevent you from keeping your own entered information, backup files, or permitted output.
4. Downloadable products
The Job Quote & Profit Check is delivered as a ZIP containing a standalone HTML calculator and supporting files.
Follow the included instructions for opening, using, saving, and exporting your work. Check the product page for supported environments and known limitations before purchase.
Keep a safe copy of the original download and any files you need for your records. Do not assume that browser storage is a substitute for a separate backup.
5. Licensed web applications
The Moving Costs & Timeline Planner is a browser-based application that requires license activation.
Follow the activation instructions provided with your purchase. Keep your purchase reference, license details, and personal JSON backups in a safe location.
An activated license does not, by itself, mean your plan is backed up online or synchronized between devices. Saving, backup, and device-access behavior are described in the product instructions.
Contact SORVA if you experience a legitimate activation or recovery problem. Do not publish your license details or send them through public support channels.
6. Requirements and responsible use
Before purchasing, review the product’s requirements, compatibility information, and limitations.
SORVA tools organize information and perform functions based on the inputs and assumptions described for each product. You are responsible for checking your entries and verifying important amounts, dates, obligations, and outputs before relying on them.
The products do not replace professional financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. A calculation or checklist is not a guarantee of profit, affordability, contractual compliance, or readiness to move.
7. Updates and support
Any included updates, support commitments, and access duration must be stated in the relevant product offer.
A one-time purchase does not automatically include every future product, paid upgrade, customization, or feature. Do not interpret “one-time purchase” as a promise of perpetual hosting or lifetime support unless that commitment is expressly made.
For help with delivery, activation, or product instructions, contact hello@sorva.online. Include the product name, purchase platform, order reference where available, and a description of the issue. Never send passwords or payment-card information.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to SORVA’s published Refund Policy and applicable law.
Review that policy before purchasing. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy and your information
SORVA’s Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through the website, purchases, support, and any applicable services.
Product instructions explain where your entered information is stored and how to create backups. Do not assume that a purchase or activation record contains a recoverable copy of your plan.
10. Changes to these terms
SORVA may update these terms as its products and services develop. The publication date will identify the current version.
Revised terms are not intended to retroactively remove rights expressly granted with an earlier purchase. Any material changes affecting existing customers’ ongoing access should be communicated with an explanation of how they apply.
