1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes information handling for SORVA’s website, Payhip purchases, customer support, and the SORVA Work and SORVA Living products. For questions or privacy requests, email hello@sorva.online.

2. Information involved in purchases

When you purchase a product, the Payhip checkout and its payment-service providers process order and payment information, such as purchase contact details, the product purchased, payment status, and transaction references. Their own privacy notices describe their processing of payment information.

SORVA may use the order details made available by the checkout service to deliver products, support customers, verify purchases, resolve problems, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The SORVA storefront itself does not ask you to enter full payment-card details.

3. Website use and product demonstrations

The interactive examples on the SORVA storefront use fictional starting data. Values you enter are calculated in your browser for demonstration purposes; those example values are not intended to be submitted to SORVA as customer records.

The website’s hosting and related technical services may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser details, and access times, to deliver and protect the website. Additional analytics or optional tracking, if introduced, may involve separate notices or choices where required.

4. SORVA Work: downloaded calculator

Job Quote & Profit Check is delivered as a downloadable ZIP with a standalone HTML calculator and supporting materials. When opened locally, the calculator is not a hosted customer account. How a job is saved, exported, or reopened depends on the functions documented in the downloaded product. Keep copies of files you want to retain.

5. SORVA Living: local plan data and activation

Moving Costs & Timeline Planner is a licensed web application. Plan details are stored locally in the browser and site you use when browser storage is available. They are not automatically synchronized across devices or browsers.

A JSON backup allows you to export and restore your plan. Backups are saved where you choose and may contain personal financial or moving details, so store and share them carefully. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using private browsing may affect locally saved information.

License activation and verification require information related to the license or purchase to be checked through the activation service. That does not mean SORVA maintains a cloud backup of your personal plan.

6. Messages and customer support

If you contact SORVA, we receive the information you include in the message and may use it to respond, troubleshoot a purchase, or document a support request. Include the product name and order reference if helpful. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or private license keys in public posts.

7. Service providers, retention, and security

SORVA uses third parties to provide essential services, including site hosting, checkout/payment processing, and license verification. Information may be handled by those providers as needed for these purposes and according to their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Order and support information may be kept for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, security, and applicable legal or accounting obligations. No online system can guarantee absolute security. SORVA aims to limit access to information to what is needed to operate its services.

8. Your choices and questions

You can choose not to submit optional information through the website. For requests about information SORVA holds, including access or correction where applicable, contact hello@sorva.online. Requests concerning checkout-provider accounts or payment data may also need to be made directly to that provider.

This policy may be updated as SORVA’s services evolve. The date on this page identifies the current published wording. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the relevant law.
