Your purchase provider supplies the delivery details. Work is a downloadable ZIP; Living uses a licensed app access flow.
My email never arrived—what now?
Check spam and the payment email address, then contact hello@sorva.online with the product and order details.
Do I need an account?
Work is a local HTML download. Living requires a license key to use its browser app. A combined SORVA customer dashboard is not required.

Where is my Work calculator?
Use the ZIP download from your purchase message and open its HTML file in a compatible browser.
Does the Living planner sync automatically?
No. Living stores plan data locally in your browser. Use the JSON backup and restore options when moving between devices.
Can I try before buying?
Yes. The product pages include separate fictional demonstrations that don't store your information.
